Ha, I am impressed. Even at 18 if I recall, when you had me over for dinner you had wine and what did you do? The proper thing when serving it, by ,pouring it into a jug and letting it sit. I am impressed now...only cause I am in wine class and the prof is talking about letting the wine sit after opening. Lol, o those were the days.
