So I went to the Y with my dad today. I finally renewed my membership after over a year. Cost only $247. I am so amped to start working out properly again. I don't think I have since the summer when I was with my mother's work and we got to workout into groups with trainers. I so have to work on my cardio. Wow, after only half an hour of running on the hill setting of the tredmill I was tired. O well, that shall change in a couple of weeks.
