I need to engage in more yoga. Way to tense. But that is only a temporary solution til I get what I am seeking. I am getting a little stir crazy. It's no wonder I am avoiding watching anything sappy or anything remotely involving a love affair. I've resorted to fully engage myself in what damage I can do when I go to Florida for a week later this winter. I actually get to see the sun for once this winter. I'am starting to suspect that perhaps the weather is affecting my mood lately. I haven't seen the sun in ages and all it does is rain. I am not sure what I like better, sunny but cold or rainy and no snow. I am starting to think I'd rather have snow and sun.
