Ah I have been having this wicked craving for sugar over the past couple of weeks. So not good when I have being trying to get back in shape. I can already see a difference though. After hitting the gym 5 to 6 times a week, switching from cardio and weights I can already see some difference. I have gained muscle and I can see that I am more defined. All now that is left to do is to make my stomach flatter and to work on my upper legs, and well tone my arms better. Yay, by summer I shall be in tip top shape.
